Broccoli has more of vitamin C, vitamin A, low calories, no cholesterol and more of dietary fiber which really helpful for who are dieting. There are many ways to cook broccoli like use microwave, steam, boiling, etc but don’t’ boil for long time because some of vitamin will lost from broccoli so just a few minutes is better.
