        Drinking pure water can help you loss weight! You don’t believe this, do you?  Please believe me because there are many science research documents proved and they said “Drinking water made your appetite decreased”. Try it by yourself when you feel hungry just drinks one or two grasses of water and wait for 10 – 20 minutes and see what happen. So this is the first diet menu we recommend you to drink.

        Drinking pure water gave you 0 calorie that means no energy so if you choose to drink water instead of coffee, beverages or anything that have sugar it surely decrease your energy you’ve got per day. Water is the 60% of your weight so it makes your body working correctly and helping remove waste products from your body and many other body functions need water to process. I could say “Water is the most important thing you have to drink every day”.

        You lose water from breath, perspiration and bowel movements so you need to refill water in your body. Most of articles about water drinking recommended that we should drink water at least 1.5 litters a day or 8-10 glasses per day but I recommend drinking one glass of water every 1 or 1.5 hour it will make you drink 10-12 glasses of water per day and you will less hunger than ever but don’t drink much water before meal.

So this is the first way to start diet just try to do this

  1. Forget another sweet drinks or coffee.
  2. Drink pure water at least 1.5 litters a day.

You will see the good result.
